We then arranged the production of orders. During this period, due to the epidemic, it was necessary to isolate for two months, and the production stopped. After working in March, we stepped up production. During this period, the customer added some products: tire gauge, tire valve cores, Jacks, air impact wrench, tire patch etc. We confirmed the quantity and details, and later produced. After the production was completed, the customer was late to pay the balance payment. We have been urged. The customer said that it may be necessary to increase the product. Then after one month, the customer added another tire changer machine. .
In May, we completed all the order production, contacted the customer to confirm the details, and sent the finished picture to the customer. The customer was very satisfied. The shipment was successful at the end of May. I hope that the customer is all satisfied. During this period, we updated the PI many times for the customer, and the customer has been patient with us to confirm the details.
The transaction with the customer went very smoothly this time, mainly because of the understanding of the customer's market, so the quotation is very close to the customer's expected price, so the customer can be retained for further negotiation and cooperation. . Therefore, when we receive customer inquiries, we should first search for customer information to understand customer company, product, market price and other information, and then understand customer needs through dialogue with customers to help customers solve problems. Finally, the order is obtained through price negotiation.
