Later, it was discovered that the customer had written the wrong account number. Fortunately, the customer re-arranged the payment, and we immediately arranged production for the customer.
The transaction with the customer this time took a long time, and the customer's response frequency was not very high. After confirming that the order details have been approved by the customer, the payment can be made smoothly again. Because the customer is very interested in the tire valve extension, the quotation is very close to the customer's expected price, and then we can have further negotiations and cooperation with the customer. Therefore, we need to understand customer needs through dialogue with customers to help customers solve problems. Finally, the order is obtained through price negotiation.
