On April 16th , 2020 , a customer from Kenya contacted us for the tire vulcanizing machine . They need total one set and need to ship it immediately . They asked for red color, 220V,  single-phase electricity and want to make an order on Alibaba . The customer requested an instruction manual. Based on the requirements of customers . They asked to ship it to the small warehouse in Guangzhou.

Regarding to the information which customer sent to us . We calculated the transport cost from factory to the warehouse , and quoted the suitable price to the customer . When the customer receive the price , they gave us a feedback and told us his target price . After discuss with the customer and boss , We confirmed the final satisfied price for both of us . Then we make a PI to the customer and place an insurance order on alibaba website .

The transaction with the customer went very smoothly this time, mainly due to the understanding of the customer's market, so the quoted price is very close to the expected price of the customer, so that the customer can be retained for further talks and cooperation can be reached. Therefore, when we receive inquiries from customers, we should search for customer information at the first time, know about customer company, product, market price and other information, and then understand customer needs through the conversation with customers to help customers solve problems. Finally through price negotiations to obtain orders.
