On September,7th,2020,  I received an enquiry from a customer in the United States, asking for glue-free tire cold patch and tire inflator, the quantity is not much, the glue-free tire cold patch needs 500 pieces, and the tire inflator needs 5 units. Customers want to see how the samples are. If they think the samples are good, the quantity will increase later.

 

We make quotations based on customer requirements, and the customer immediately agreed to the price and said that we needed to arrange to send samples immediately. The customer said that because it was the first time to cooperate and wanted to place an order on Alibaba, this would be guaranteed. I agreed with the customer's idea and told the customer that Alibaba needs a part of the withdrawal fee, which needs to be borne by the customer, and the customer said there is no problem. After completing the credit guarantee order and sending the link to the customer, the customer immediately arranged the payment. We are also very grateful for the trust of our customers, saying that we will arrange delivery immediately after receiving the payment.

 

Although it is a sample list this time, it only took one day from the inquiry to the transaction. It can be seen that the customer's sincerity and urgent purchasing needs can be seen.
