Tire repair steps:

1, To patch the tires need to clean the wound surface treat, make mark.

2, WIith grinding machine play the surface rough , the  surface area should be slightly bigger than the wound.

3, Make rubber and gasoline tuned mucilage glue (or use the vulcanizing) with a brush evenly coated in wool.

4, Cut out the appropriate size of raw rubber, fill it in the wound, if the wound is bigger, the raw rubber needs overlap.

5,Use the  permed  end pressure on raw rubber , as far as possible will be the center of the wound on permed end , compression screw, fixed the  tires well.

6, Open the power switch, the power indicator.

7, Open the timer switch, set in the proper position.When cold start refers to the "7", when the hot start time may be slightly shorter, if you don't need to timing, can be set on the manual gear, then start working permIng .

8, Sulfide, tire repair machine automatically cut off power permed .

9, Artificial turn off the power switch, loose tire pressure screw, carefully remove permed end , take off tires, complete the whole tire repair process.
