Correctly using of the valve

(1) Before installation, check whether it match the size of the inner tires and outer tires. Tire valve can meet the requirements of the inner and outer tires. For example, long-type tire valves are mostly used for heavy truck tires, and short-type tire valves are mostly used for light-heavy  tires.

(2)  Before installing new inner tube should be inspected for its quality. It should not be used if there are obvious wound such as trauma or uneven thickness. Check that the tire valve core spring whether moving ,edge at the tire valves core seat. The rubber seal should be soft and tight, and the stem of tire valves  should be straight and flexible. (3) Slowly screw up when installing the valve core, and do not use excessive force. Generally, stopping screw when no air leakage. If the tire valve core screw too tightly, it may cause the valve core thread to slide, the spring fails, or the rubber seal loses its sealing effect. At the same time, the tire valve mouth should be kept flush with the tire valve core movable tappet, so that can be measure the pressure with tire pressure gauge and use tire valve cap without affecting .

(4) Before inflating, need clear the tire valve and tire valve core ,in order to prevent dust and sand from entering the inner tube tire. The tire valve core should not be taken out or loosened when inflated, as it is often screwed in and out, which will gradually lose the sealing effect of the rubber tire valves seal.

(5) When measuring the air pressure, the air pressure gauge should be in close contact with the valve stem valve. Do not use too much force to avoid damage  of tyre pressure gauge and tire valve core.(6) After filling the air, check if the tire valve is leaking. If there is a leak, repair or replace new parts. Do not take the method of tightening the tire valve core to prevent the air leakage. This not only makes it difficult to screw out the valve core next time, but also makes trouble to twist the valve core

(7) After each filling, you need to install tire valve cap on the valve to prevent sand and muddy water from entering the valve mouth.Thus causing the valve easy to be dirty, rusted or blocked, which not only makes it difficult to disassemble tire valve core. It is also easy to cause the valve core spring to be stuck and cause a chronic air  leak.

(8) When assembling the tire and rims, pay attention to the position of tire valve right in the rim hole, and do not allow the valve to be skewed. When the 2 tires are installed, the two tire valves should be staggered by 180° and arranged symmetrically. The valve should be away from the brake inspection hole.

(9) It is not suitable when inner tire is wrinkled, in order to avoid damage due to broken. If the wrinkled tire is installed on the front wheel, it will become a potential accident and has considerable danger. When loading the tire, a proper amount of talcum powder should be applied to the inner wall of the outer casing to reduce the friction between the inner and outer tires.
