Installation of tubeless tires operation guide
1 Make sure the rim is tight on the hydraulic clamp.
2 Apply lubricant to both the rim and the tire.
3 Snap the pliers to the highest point on the outside of the rim of the rim.
4 Place the tire on the support platen, lower the position between the lift arm control adjustment platen and the lift arm, and straddle the first side of the tire on the rim of the locked pliers and ensure that the pliers are at the highest point of the rim.
5 Raise the rim and tire and turn it 15-20mm clockwise. The tire is placed against the rim.
6 See if the car assembly hook is facing the tire side. If not, press the positioning handle and turn it 180° to fix the assembly hook.
7 Use the control lever to align the assembly hook with the outer edge by 5MM.
8 Turn clockwise so that the pliers are at the lowest point and the first tire edge is in place.
9 Remove the pliers from the rim and use the tool to disengage the tires.
10 Snap the pliers to the outside of the rim and rotate it over the assembly hook.
11 Control the assembly hook Move to the rim and the tire and the rim distance is not 5mm. Turn the tire clockwise until the pliers are at the lowest point, so that the outer tire is in place.
12 Remove the pliers and lower the tire to the tire support platen, and carefully remove the tires from the Panasonic clamp.
