Operating instructions of pneumatic oil collector
On January 16, 2020, we received an enquiry on our website from a customer in Nigeria for 100pieces 80L oil collector.According to the customer's demand, we recommend two types of oil collector, pneumatic and electric, which can be adjusted from 1.0 meters to 2.0 meters in height and can rotate 360 degrees. Then, we introduce the parameters and application range of the oil collector to the customer and provide videos for the customer's reference.
Operation instructions of pneumatic oil collector:
- Extraction of waste oil into storage tank:
(1) after selecting the connection between suction pipe and suction pipe, insert it into the oil hole of the engine oil and close the suction pipe switch;
(2) turn down the switch connecting the measuring cup to the storage tank and turn off the oil discharge switch leading to the hook and the air inlet connector switch on the top of the storage tank;
(3) connect the quick joint on the top of the measuring cup with compressed air, and the vacuum gauge indicates the beginning of pressure reduction;
(4) when the vacuum pressure drops below -0.6bar, turn on the switch on the pumping pipe, and the waste oil will be sucked out of the engine and quickly flow to the storage tank through the pumping pipe and measuring cup.
- Extract the waste oil into the transparent measuring cup:
(1) after selecting the connection between suction pipe and suction pipe, insert it into the oil hole of the engine oil and close the suction pipe switch;
(2) turn off the switch connecting the measuring cup to the storage tank upward;
(3) connect the quick joint on the top of the measuring cup with compressed air, and the vacuum gauge indicates the beginning of pressure reduction;
(4) when the vacuum pressure drops below -0.5bar, turn the switch on the pumping pipe, and the waste oil is sucked out of the engine and flows rapidly to the measuring cup through the pumping pipe.
