Order for Tire Valve Extension

On July 26, 2021, we received an inquiry for tire valve extension from a Russiancustomer. The customer needs 10000 pieces tire valve extension, and the customer
hopes to send samples for customer testing first. Through Google search forcustomer information, we know that the customer is a foreign trade company, mainly helping other retailers purchase. According to the customer's requirements,we recommended three types of tire valve extension: plastic, rubber and stainless
steel, and informed the specification of tire valve extension for customers'reference. The customer finally chose 180mm white plastic tire valve extension.
According to the information given by the customer, we calculated the freight toMoscow and gave the customer a reasonable price. After receiving the price, the
customer gave feedback and informed the target price. After repeated discussion with the customer and our boss, we finally confirmed the price satisfactory to both
parties. Then I made a detailed sample invoice for the customer and they paid the sample fee on July 30.
The communication and transaction between this order and the customer are very smooth, mainly due to the detailed understanding of the customer's market, so the
quoted price is very close to the customer's expected price, so it can retain the customer for further negotiation and reach cooperation. As for this plastic tire
valve extension, because its material is plastic, it can well save the production cost, so the price is relatively affordable and adapt to the markets of various countries.
