1,Anti-fatigue test:The valve is installed on a tool with a rim thickness of 1.8mm and a rim hole diameter of 11.7mm. Under normal temperature environment, the air pressure is 2bar, the frequency is 2Hz, and the bending is 25 ± 1 °. After 40,000 fatigue impacts, the mouth is free of cracks.
2,Anti-blasting test:At a temperature of 20-26 ° C, the valve is installed on the rim piece with a thickness of 1.8mm, and the rim hole Φ11.7mm tooling, the valve mouth is subjected to a pressure of 1.4Mpa and the pressure is maintained for 2 minutes without bursting or falling off.
3,Air-tightness test at room temperature:At room temperature, the valve is installed on the valve and the rim is 1.8mm thick. The rim hole Φ
On a 11.7mm tooling, holding pressure is 0.18Mpa, bend 25 ± 3 °, and rotate around the central axis at a uniform speed for one round. Within 1 minute, there is no air bubble overflow at the rim seal.
4,Low temperature air tightness test:After testing the valve at room temperature, pressurize the valve to 180 ± 15Kpa and place the valve device at -40 ℃ ±In a 3 ° C environment, after 24 hours, immerse the device in ethanol at -40 ° C ± 3 ° C, and use a bracket to rotate the valve nozzle around the center line at a constant speed of 25 ± 3 ° for one week. Passed. This operation must be repeated 5 times, once every hour.
5,High temperature air tightness test:After the low temperature test, the valve is placed at 100 ° C for 48H, then immersed in 66 ° C ± 3 ° C purified water under a pressure of 600 ± 15Kpa, and bent 25 ± 3 ° to rotate around the center at a uniform speed for 5 times The interval is greater than 0.5H. It is performed after the last 72H. Within 1 minute, there is no air bubble overflow at the rim seal, which is judged as a pass.
6,Ozone resistance test:Put the unassembled valve in a 100 ° C high temperature box for 72H, then use the clean water as lubricant for the valve, and then install the valve on the rim piece with a thickness of 3.5mm and the wheel mesh Φ 11.3. The bending degree is 10 °, and it is placed in a dark room temperature environment for 24H, and finally placed at a temperature of 38 ° C and an ozone concentration of (100 ± 5) * 10 for 72H without cracks.
7,Tensile test:Put the unfitted valve on the tensile testing machine and start the machine
