Tire valves function, types, and structure requirements

Tire valve is an inflatable and deflated valve. It keeps the inflated air does not leak and it is also a device for checking tire pressure.

Tire valves can be divided into two types: one is metal, the main body is brass;another one is rubber,the main body is metal rubber

The main body of tire valve is equipped with a valve core working like a one-way valve. It can compress air into the inner tube without free air leakage. Tire valve cap can also be used as a wrench to screw in and out the valve core. There are bridge cushions and compression nuts on the metal valve nozzle. It is used to improve the bonding strength with the inner tube.

Structural requirements for tire valves

（1）Easy to inflate and deflate

（2）Check the internal pressure in the inner tube

（3）Air tightness(Tire valves do not leak)

（4）It can be combined with the inner wall, but it also be replaced

（5）Every kind of tire valves  is simple in construction and have uniform specifications for replacement.

（6）It can stabilize the working pressure of the inner tube.
